Anonymous search for available rooms, hotels, or package offers
It is not necessary for you to provide any details about yourself in order to search for availability of hotels or other accommodation providers.
If you want to book an available room or bundled package, it is necessary for you to provide certain personal details, in particular your name, address, telephone number, and email address. These details are stored in the reservations system for each reservation together with a confirmation number, and they are sent to the hotel or other accommodation provider by fax. The hotel or other accommodation provider can also retrieve the details at any time using a secure access to a confidential area of the system. Export or automatic forwarding of the details from the system is not possible.
We would like to stress that your details, and in particular your email address, will not be used for advertising or mass email transmission purposes.

DIRS21 (booking system provider)
With our booking system provider DIRS21 (TourOnline AG, Borsigstraße 26, 73249 Wernau Germany) we have concluded an order data processing contract.
